It all started with a passion for real foods and a disdain for modern processing. We realized so many foods have been villainized due to today's commoditization and industrialized processing, when in reality they are superfoods used for thousands of years. Coffee & Cacao were among these. So we wanted to bring back how they were traditionally harvested without modern industrialization: no pesticides, mold, heavy metals.. just from old school regenerative practices that support the land they come from and nourish us without side effects.
