Refund policy
Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day Money-Back Guarantee for the first purchase of our products, applicable within 30-days from the time of delivery to request a return. Please review the exceptions below. A full refund for the product will be issued to the original payment method used, minus shipping charges (and any applicable shipping taxes) per the policy outlined below.
To prevent abuse, this guarantee is limited to 1 individual product per 12-month period for first-time purchases of that item. If you purchase multiple of the same item, the Money-Back Guarantee will cover a refund for one of those items.
For bundles (or orders) with more than 1 product, refunds are limited to the highest-priced eligible product in the bundle, less any discounts applied to the bundle. The first-purchase rule applies to all components of the bundle.
Wholesale orders or orders intended for resale are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Please contact hello@hybridhuman.co to initiate your request. Include your Order Number and specify the products you wish to return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Policy
First-time purchases of an item may qualify for the Money-Back Guarantee, provided you contact our Customer Care team within 30 days of purchase.
Please allow 2-4 weeks from the time the order is received at our warehouse for processing. Items that do not qualify as first-time purchases are non-refundable.
If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, please follow these steps:
Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our dedicated customer support team at hello@hybridhuman.co as soon as possible after placing the order. Provide your order details and a clear request to cancel the order.
Confirmation and Refund: Our team will review your request and, if the order has not been shipped, will confirm the cancellation. We will process a full refund to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Please note the following important points:
Cancellation requests must be made prior to the order being shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it falls under our standard Returns and Refunds policy.
We recommend that you promptly contact our customer support to ensure the best chance of cancelling your order before it's shipped.

Quality-Related Returns
Hybrid Human stands behind the quality of its products. Requests related to quality issues will be individually evaluated. Please contact Customer Care at hello@hybridhuman.co with your order number and details of the issue.
Refunds on Multiples of the Same Product
If you purchase 2 of the same item, the Money-Back Guarantee will cover a refund for one of those items (as long as the order is within 30 days). Returns are not accepted for items, whether opened or unopened.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
Exceptions
- Discounted or discontinued items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Products purchased with Rewards points are not eligible for return or refund.
- Purchases made with a gift card are non-refundable.
- All supplements, personal care, and food items are non-returnable.
- The Money-Back Guarantee applies to products, not flavors.
- All book sales are final.
Additional Information
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer available, the refund will be forfeited. Refunds processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
We cannot process refunds to prepaid debit cards.
Your bottle may only be returned if the contents remain in unopened/unused condition. If the tamper-proof seal has been removed or damaged in any way, we can no longer accept it as a return.

We reserve the right to change our return and refund policy at any time to comply with applicable legal requirements.
Hybrid Human is not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect address provided by the customer (Wrong street, house, apartment number, etc.).
